I am playing in a league that has a cap on how many RBs you can have on your team. You can only have 3 max. I currently have Lamont Jordan and Willis McGahee.
Which of these 3 would you pick as your 3rd RB and why?

Kevin Barlow
Chester Taylor
DeShaun Foster

Foster, here's why:

1. Barlow plays on the Jets. That alone should tell you to not pick him unless you want to do poorly.
2. Chester Taylor has been doing awful. Yes they have Steve Hutchinson, but he's still been averaging barely over 2 yards a carry in PRESEASON!!! I see Minnesota barely winning any games this year considering their offense is awful.
3. DeShaun Foster was incredible last year, make syou wonder why they had Davis in the whole season. Even though he is injury-prone, the fact that they have a balanced offense will help a bunch. Defenses will be forced to double team Steve Smith, minimizing his ability to catch balls, and Keyshawn Johnson can't get separation from any receivers. That leaves Foster to catch balls out of the backfield and take it up the sideline for big carries, or to get big runs since the defense wont be focused on the running game.

However, make sure you keep an eye on him. If there is ever a word about him being hurt, do everything in your power to get DeAngelo Williams. He is a great back (98 yard TD) and should be a great replacement if he gets injured.

You did very well with Jordan and McGahee, Foster is your pick right here, I see him doing good stuff this year.

Good luck.

Chester Taylor. Minnesota has a weak receiving crop. It's been weak since Moss left, and it's even weaker now that Koren Robinson was cut because of the DUI. Expect him to get a lot of carries this year. Barlow's overrated, and deShaun Foster is good, but is an injury risk.

Foster. Very high risk, but a high reward.

Just be ready to grab DeAngelo Williams in a hurry when he gets hurt.

Carolina runs the rock a lot, and their wide receivers should open up some serious lanes.

Barlow has been a turd for years. Taylor is intriguing, but I just don't think the Vikings have enough on offense to keep him productive. I have a feeling they will fall behind too often.

I would take either Taylor or Barlow. Foster is a questionable back and will probably be injured at some point this season. Taylor and BArlow are both starters this season and are about the same in terms of skill. I drafted Taylor ahead of BArlow in one of my leagues but like I said, they are both about even and both should get plenty of carries until there teams are trailing.

it really is between Larry Johnson and Steven Jackson. Shaun Alexander continues to be a good participant yet he's growing older and his skills are diminishing. mind Westbrook is an excellent participant even with the undeniable fact that it might purely be too early to %. him with the 2d %.. i'd %. Steven Jackson because Larry Johnson had about four hundred includes very last year so he would get damage or purely overwrought. he's likewise in a carry out concern. on the different hand, there is in ordinary words upside for Steven Jackson, a comfortable movie star in a prolific offense. both way, you could not extremely flow incorrect, yet Steven Jackson has really extra constructive fee.

if you can only have 3, I'd take Chester Taylor. I prefer Foster, but I wouldn't want to take him without also being able to take Deangelo Williams.

Barlow will be sharing carries with at least 2 other RB's - so he's definitely out.

DeShaun Foster

Barlow is new to the offense and the team is going to be awful. The same for Chester Taylor, although he does have a pretty good offensive line to run behind. He's looked not so good in the preseason.

Good luck!

Pick Chester Taylor, he should get the most carries of the 3 backs.

DeShaun Foster because he's the starting running running back and has the best career yard per carry average.

Probably Barlow, he just got traded to the Jets because Curtis Martin is hurt. He should see some carries and he is a decent back when healthy.
