for what i remember the last time i attended a wedding in paraguay, was that they feed the groom a big meal and also they make him drink plenty of alcohol so he will get very drunk.
once he its very drunk and sleepy, the best man, takes the bride to his place and spend the nigth with her (thats why he its the best man)..
after in the morning the best man ussually have to leave town once the groom wakes up.
