depends on the mold, but most die when you freeze them and some are quite comfy at high temps. I'd safely say few can survive under 0ºC, or over 100ºC.

Depending on the species, some most moulds can sit quite comfortably in environments up yo 70 degrees centigrade. Any higher than that will kill the mould. But these have spores, however, that can withstand boiling even.
