My favourite war comedy drama romance of all time
would have to be:
"Inside the big horse, a Trojan's tail"
which I just made up (but that doesn't mean it won't happen in the future, and existentially speaking that could fit under the catch-all of 'all-time'...agreed.)
However, it would be all those things and so much more...

war movies- black hawk down, saving private ryan...those are the only 2 i can think of right now that i really liked...
comedy- dodgeball, the longest yard, wedding crashers...there are tons. i love comedies.
drama- i don't know exactly what you mean by drama, but i really like hotel rowanda, the interpretor...those are just a couple.
romance- i love romance movies...especially romantic comedies like just like heaven, sweet home alabama...those chick flick movies.
all time- the lord of the rings and harry potter...actually, i love lots of movies...action, comedy, romance, war...i really haven't watched a movie that i didn't like.
