Use a good chrome polish such as mothers,
extreme oxidation 0000 steel wool works excellant.ALSO TRY NEVERDULL

Mothers polish works really good. You can get it at your local parts store. And just follow the instructions on the back. The more you rub the shinier it will get!

I have always had good luck with "Blue Magic". Is reasonably priced and does a very good job.
