I am thinking of joining a 'crusade' where we will walk around the world in order to raise money for charity and peace awareness.
I think that this is going to be the adventure of a life time!

Would you go? if yes WHY and if no WHY?

GOD YES!!!!!!
I would have loved to do something like that when I was younger.
Just imagine the thrill of being part of a movement which has the potential to change people's lives!!! AMAZING.
Even if you don't change anything/much, just think of the experience of a lifetime and all the friends you'd make along the way.....THE VERY BEST OF LUCK HUNNY...........GO FOR IT!

Great idea,go for it.I would go if I was single and younger. Why?because as you say it would be the adventure of a life time.Travel broadens the mind, its good to see how different cultures live and the customs that are indicative to the countries and people that live in them.Go,go,go.

I wouldn't do it as it won't make a bit of difference to the lack of peace in the world. Also I have two kids, two cats and a dog. Oh yes and a husband!

Yes. I'm doing some voluntary work myself within the next 6 months (abroad) so good luck to you (and find the best footwear).

I think it would be a great idea if you stick to rich countries. No point walking round Sudan or Bulgaria etc if you want to collect funds for charities.
Good on you.

No - because I don't fancy drowning...

I am afraid you are living in a dream world.
You won't be needed in peacetime countries, and in war torn areas you will probably be blown to bits. Stay at home and help your own people.

Screw that!
Nice idea and everything, but it would take months, if not years so the Publicity and backing would die off before you even get half-way.
I don't go anywhere I can't get home from in time for tea.
