If you mean cutting yourself to enhance the realism in a wrestling match tape a little razor blade around your wrist. then when the big hit comes fall to the ground holding your head and slightly nick your head there are tons of little veins and blood vessel in your forehead it ought to blead like crazy

Like David M said, cut your forehead with a concealed razor blade. A lot of wrestlers let the referees do it for them, as they're less likely to make a mistake (it's easier to cut someone else than to cut yourself).
New Jack did some serious harm to a kid in ECW with a bad blade job. Worse still, the kid turned out to be 17 and to have lied about his age to get the match. Needless to say, a lot of problems were caused...

When you cut yourself and see blood then you'll know that you've bladed yourself properly.
