I suggest you dont, if it only has 128 mb of ram it is very very very slow...

The computer doesn't sound too good, but for $150 you can do more that you can do on an iPod (which costs at least $300 if you want video). I'd say it's worth it, but don't expect too much from it because it's older and just by the specs you can tell it's not going to be an extraordinary laptop. But it's better that just having the $150 in your pocket (that is, if you need a laptop, because if you have one, it's not worth spending $150 on something that's probably worse)

I remember my first Macintosh was Mac IIc. It had 32 MB of RAM. Back then it was like Oh my gosh! 32MB of RAM! Unbelievable. Nowadays, minimum RAM is at least 256 MB to have decent speed. I suggest you look for something with more memory than just 128MB.

well the G3 ibook's ram is probably upgradable to 512MB or close to it. It depends on what your doing. $150 is a good price, but it is probably slower than you would like, and probably runs OS9, but if you are surfing the web or typing papers it will suffice. (slow wireless card though)

i have a 4910 hp with 513 ram 60 gig hd it was 600 dollars.go to pricewatch .com to see how much they are now!
