Sometimes you don't need to tell someone you like them. It's the little things you do and say to them that makes them realise you like them. I think it's the best way to be noticed by someone you like.

you just walk up to them an say I like you - let them know - your are not asking for the world - and your life will go on - and the sun will shine tomorrow - what do you really have to loose -

Look in the card section of your Hallmark store or supermarket. I'm sure you'll find cards with unique ways to express your feelings without going overboard.
If they've done something for you, a "thank you card" is always appreciated.
