the place is casual but normally if its at nite its formal

It's better to be overdressed than underdressed. Ask the host as well if you're not sure. Then find something fabulous and cute, and have a great time!

I'd bust out the black dress, get a cami or somethin to cover your arms and make it casual, if it ends up being formal you can just keep it on the back of your chair, and you still look like your not under dressed! Good Luck!

Yeah u probably should, its kinda embarrasing showing up tacky when everybody else is dressed up.
