To be a pharmacist you have to have a masters degree in pharmacology, to be a pharmacy technician you need an associates degree.

You need LOTS of chemistry. If you want to be a bonafide pharmacist and not a tech, you'll need to take the PCAT (Pharmacy College Admission Test). Most pharmacists today have more than a Masters, they have a PharmD. There are many programs out there. You should research schools and see what their requirements are.
