I remember several years back , I went in
for a consultation to see a Plastic Surgeon.
I remember him describing different types
of implants, one I think i remember him talking
about was one that actually is porous...having pores.
And would allow for the saline to come out and
your own body fluid to go in?

Is this real or was he making it up?

I have breast implants and I have NEVER heard of this. Just to let you know saline is NOT suppose to go inside of you. You should really talk to someone else. That sounds strange
