Women never learned to handle conflict effectively. There are seminars geered towards teaching women how to deal with conflict. That tells you something there.
We hold grudges while telling ourselves that we're over it; we compete with everything; and we're suckers for drama.
When men have issues, they deal with it and move on. We haven't mastered that yet.

Because women feel more competitive with each other, and men let things 'slide' easier.

because we are petty and men aren't. we also insist on holding grudges.

because we always feel insecure for what our friends have more than us..women always felt jealous of what their friends have more than her....I feel it too
