Why isn't Simon Cowell judging instead of just producing the show? Why aren't the singers being judged along with the celebrities? What Simon thinks of the singers would be funny? I know that the singers would careless what he thinks. I wonder would Simon be too afraid to tell the professional singers that they're dreadful. What was the deal with his outfit at the Emmy's? That truly was creepy.

I like Little Richard's music, but agree. He is almost like a caricature of himself on the show- "What'dya say there Dude???"

All in all, I like the show because it is sort of honest- we are not singers, but we are going to have some fun and give it our best. No pretenders there.

it wasn't too dissappointing but it was the only thing on so i was forced to watch. i don't care for the judges and i think simon judging american idol is enough. seeing him on tv too much would be overkill and i'd lose interest. he obviously likes to make money and producing seems to be working out for him very well. i don't mind because it gives me something new to watch during the boring summer of reruns. i doubt the show will last once the fall season of new shows begins.

celebrities don't become celebrities to be judged on a cheesy show with amatuers. they just want to get paid and be remembered for their talent. some of them even seem a little cocky knowing they have to be partnered with some crappy singers that will never reach their height of success. the comedian on E network, the gay guy, and the guy from fresh prince are all really good. i doubt any of the women will win.

simon's outfit was ok but needed to be buttoned up a little more. it wasnt as bad as the guy from entourage though...that was creepy.

I find celebrities disappointing -- especially duets because there are two celebrities present at the same time. I hate the idea of celebrity that champions mediocrities in the limelight like kings, inspiring to create and watch shows based just on the celebrity of the persons on, rather than the substanse OR style of the show. As we can see, America has paid a greater psychic price for popular culture today than we could eve have imagined.

I really hope Little Richard isn't a judge every week. I couldn't understand most of what he said. I think David Foster was the best judge. I think Xena and the girl gymnist were pretty bad and one of them will be the next to go. Jai and the guy from Fresh Prince were good.

Jai Rodriguez, hands down. he's by using far the ideal on the instruct from what we've considered to this point. he's gonna do it. i am hoping that's an excellent adequate rationalization for you, becuz that's the ideal that I actual have.

I watched maybe 3 acts of it and had to switch the channel. I couldn't take the song selection and it was pretty out of tune.

I saw who the judges are only on ET. But haven't even seen that the show has started. I had no idea that it started. Thanks for letting me know. I just wish I knew which channel and the times. Thanks for letting me know. But I do agree with you and I saw that the judges were arguing with each other were then Paula and Randy were.

All of those shows are retarded. American Idol, Dancing with Stars, Skating with Stars, dumb, dumb, dumb. You want reality? Turn off the TV, walk outside, talk to another live human being.
