Why do I have two listings for each person in my address list? One is a nickname and the other is the full nam

For example, in my address list, it will read:
linda then
lindaname
What can I do to get rid of one of the listings?

One may have been the way you put it in, and the second way might be how your friend has his name listed..find out which one your friend is actually using and then delete the other one...good luck with it...

What email addy list are you talking about?

Outlook Express is easy to fix or are you talking about another?
