How late are you? The pill can put off your period. Before I started the pill I was ALWAYS a Sunday starter. The pill eventually pushed that back to be a Wed/Thurs starter.

Only if you missed a pill or didn't take them consistently at the same time everyday. Sometimes that happens to me, I get to the white pills but don't get my period. Some times it takes a day or two.
