In World of Warcraft. there's currently no way to reach Arthus, he's in Northrend which isn't even in the game yet. Wait for the second or 3rd expansion pack and then you'll probably be able to get to him

Arthas does not exist in WoW at this time and as previously stated he is located in Northrend which is not currently in the game.
The Burning Crusade Expasion will open up the game to level 70. As I expect Arthas to be level 100 I would not count on seeing him for at least a couple of years.

Sounds like you're in the very beginning of the game- keep playing... If I remember, the campaign starts off with you playing the orcs. You have to finish their quest first before the Arthas story begins.
