I would say it's a war against Islam...It's a war for domination in the Middle East,it's a war for the oil in the Middle East...Why did Bush attack Iraq when UN inspectors said there are no WMD in Iraq, while North Korea was saying that in has nuclear bomb?'Cos North Korea is not in the Middle East and it definitely doesn't have oil...

The line between a war on terror and a war on Islam grows thinner and thinner everytime I read a question from someone who has obviously been converted to Islam or indoctrinated into its radical subculture..
First off, since when have the radical Islamic terrorists been prone to negotiation or mediation or diplomacy??
Secondly, where is the outrage from the Muslim countries over the murder and mayhem being committed around the world in the name of their God?? The Islamic people are surely capable of outrage - they demonstrated that over cartoons and death threats to all who question their beliefs!
It is way too late for you to ever refrain from your rhetoric and twisted views - I can only hope the younger generations can see past your hatred and bigotism and, through their actions and condemnations, will restore the true teachings of Islam.

Its not a war on either. THey could give a **** about Islam. It just so happens that the oil they need , is in states where Islam is the predominant religion. Islam is different and Americans dont understand it.They think how can anyone live like that they must be weird. So they manufacture a terrorist attack, so it was radical muslim extremists, who want to see freedom fail or some such other B.S. and start a few wars. People are easily led to believe something if they are told it enough times.

Islam the dirty little secret.
You can't get on the evening news and claim we are fighting a religion. It goes against our core values. So we call it terror.
The real problem is not the war on Islam but the defense from Islam. Islam is an aggressive religion with 2 billion members. Look in the mirror it got you.
Islam has the ability to modify cultures. As a young nation America would like a chance to develop it's own culture.

As long as there is a war, whether it is against Islam or terror, then Bush can fool people into supporting him.He can use fear and mislead patriotism to get more funding for WMDs rather than concern himself with 'little' issues such as welfare, poverty and global warming.
I suggest reading 1984 by George Orwell, where war against an 'unknown enemy' was used to control the masses.

Wow, where to begin. I can see that you logic is clouded by your ignorance of history, and your passion for your religion.
The U.S. government only attacked these Militant Islamic states after we were attacked. Name any one Islamic state we attacked and I will give you at least one example of how they attacked us BEFORE.
As for mediation in the world court, you can already see how effective that is at keeping nuclear weapons out of Iran's hands. Everyday they get closer to producing the materials that could power a nuclear reactor - BUT could also be used create Nuclear Weapons. This is a state that sponsors terrorist organizations, publicly called for the destruction of Israel. They are not what we would call a responsible nation.
Mediation was also not very effective with Saddam Hussein either. Over a period of ten years he defied a treaty that HE signed, shooting daily at U.S. planes that were enforcing the no fly zone. A zone that allowed the Kurdish people the right to survive, and now they are the most prosperous portion of Iraq. He also defied the Money For Oil portion of the treaty, doing back door deals with Russia and China - not to provide for the welfare of his people, but to fatten the pockets of his Sunni government.
There is no mediation without the threat of violence.

You are an Idiot! I myself personally hope that the war against terrorism grows to include islam. They are the ones preaching hatred and terrorism in the Mosques, and Madrassas. I am so sick of muslims whinning about how the quoran teaches peace and love, but isn't it funny that for all the peace and love they are taught--They are the ones killing, and bombing innocent civilians. They even kill other muslims just to kill a few Jews or Americans! I think all muslims must be a bunch of seriously Inbread, unintelligent, fanatical terrorists!

It's a war on radical, violent Islam, which needs to be eradicated if possible. Remember, Malcolm (if it's really you) that America protected Muslims in the former Yugoslavia and despite all the many, many things it has done wrong in Iraq, Shia Muslims can now worship freely.

Are you serious? Your indoctrination reached a point where dialog is no longer possible. You see the world through the lens of Islamofascists and no amount of reasoning will clear your view. That happens frequently with bigots.
