Just disappear. That is pragmatic, stunning way. Everyone will wonder Where Did They Go??? I would never poke my nose in to say hello or bye to anyone, until well tanned from holidays round the world maybe 3 years later. Just turn up at work to pick up my final pay check :-D And make some noise if they dont have it!!!! Then after all the problems I take the check and tear it up and eat it in front of all of them while they stare. I am like a hungry Tazmanian Devil. Then as i walk out the door i bit the side of the door and come back in and say AND THAT GOES FOR ALL OF YOU TO!!!

I would respectfully give a two week notice and offer to train my replacement. The company has been good to me and I realize that I wouldn't be where I am today without the experience I gained here. If I won a large lottery I would give back my salary for the year, and help the company train a replacement. I would have a lot of fun buying lunches for everyone, dressing to the hilt, and having fun!
I've always worked for small companies, and wouldn't want to put them in a bind before I left.

I would tell my chief that I won't be working lo longer for him, then I would leave his office. of course I would do all of this wearing a bikini or really tight clothes lol, looking at his face would be funny. then I would get on my private helicopter and head to a beach
