What are some good games for the xbox?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

My mom/ my friends husband died and he left me his xbox. I wont sell it becuase he was one of my best friends. I have never been crazy over the xbox but I still like it. Can you give me some good game titles that are E or T? If possible can you include a discription of the game and/ or prices?

Sorry to hear that, hope everyone is doing ok.

It depends on what kind of games you're looking for. In any event, I recommend you picked up pre-owned games from a place like Electronics Boutique or Gamestop. You can often get great games that are a year or two old, for under 10 bucks.

For 1st-person action shooters, HALO 1 & 2 are undisputed king on the Xbox.

For adventure games- Jade Empire and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. These are the *BEST* adventure games you'll find, whichever platform you play.

For sports games, EA's NBA Live and Madden 06 (actually, ESPN 2K5 was a better football game and only costs like $3 now)

For 2-player fighting games- Dead or Alive 3 and Soul Caliber II are loads of fun.

For driving games, there are serious games like Project Gotham racing and Midnight Club, to silly games where you wreck as much as possible like Burn-Out 3..

Prince of Persia:Sands of Time and Crimson Skies (kind of a WWII flying adventure) were great too.

Just hit the pre-played section in EB and have fun!

Elder Scrolls is a great RPG. It is like chocolate covered crack cookies and you can get it for like 20 bucks. I would recomend a guide book though as the game has so much to do in it and there is no order you must follow. I never get tired of the game.
