What's the tune called Island Symphony?

Just come back from a holiday in Kos and a summer chill out CD of some kind was playing in the bar, Irish apparently, and track 8 was a really chilled, mellow tune that seemed to be called Island Symphony. I can't find it anywhere and I'm not sure if it was even called that. It's doin my head in - please help!
