what do these number mean?

I just downloaded ad-aware. I don't know what I'm doing. Someone told me too cause my computer is old and slow. I can't afford a new one now. Here are these number...I just had it scanned by ad-aware:

The important number in all of that is 331. That's the number of harmful "objects" Ad-Aware found. Most are probably cookies, some may be programs. Quarantine all 331 of them, open the list of quarantines, select the quarantine and delete it.

Btw, you can't tell from these numbers if you have spyware applications running. The 43 running processes it counted includes everything that's running -- your Operating system, video driver, mouse driver, etc. This number will never be zero. If the number looks high and your computer is sluggish, you may need to clean up your startup applications. There are a number of free programs out there that will let you see and edit the complete list of programs that load and run, automatically, on startup.

It means you have a bunch of junk on your pc. Check the box that says "Critical" objects found and check the box that says "Negligible" objects found. Click next. You should get a box that says "361 objects will be removed" Yes or no. Click yes and the spyware will be removed.
