only use this exact pattern and these numbers that follow; 99,3,6,44,15

first the only numbers that can go in the first blank are 99 or 15 in order to divide evenly into 3 in the second blank. using 99, then 3 that leaves 6 and 15 for the next 2 blanks and subtracting 44 that gives 79 which is the lowest answer possible with 99 in the first blank.
using 15 in the first blank and 3 in the second I tried 6 and 44 in the next 2 blanks and 99 in the last. that gives 170 as the lowest number with 15 in the first column.
any other numbers in the first column produces a decimal answer so I say there is no solution to this problem.
