The world has gained a lot from Irish culture. But seriously if the Irish only drank 10 hours a day instead of 16 they could have ousted the Brit's easily.

IRA was not a sovereign Nation, they were a group if individuals to whom would set off bombs and purposely target innocent people. No, it would had intensified a fight and hatred greater than what has been seen. you need to learn the workings, logistics and the reasons why the IRA came about.

No because the first thing they would have tried is killing the Protestants who lived near the Catholic area and they would have levelled half of Ireland.
