how do i start being content with my job?

in the past 3 years i've bounced around job 2 job and i always find something i don't like about each, any suggestions, i always leave for more money but i also want to be happier going to work

I feel ya on this one!! I can try to suggest things. How about sitting down and really thinking about what you like to do the most, and when you go to the next interview (unless you want to stay where you are) ask them questions too. If you want to stay where you are, try looking at things differently, in a more positive way. Ask yourself what you can do to make something better without leaving, maybe try to do more things you enjoy and even move over to a new position in the same company...

I would sit down and write down what you would want in your ideal setting fo a job. I know what it is like. Just know that you will NEVER like everything about your job. There will always be somethig you don't like, but it shouldn't be anything that will make you too miserable. When you go to an interview ask those questions that relate to your preference and then try and talk to employees that work there to see how it is.
