I'm not sure about star ratings but I'd say the Mad Greek on Carnegie is pretty good (probably 3 star). Antolia Cafe in South Euclid is also very good and that may be in the 2 to 3 star range.

I have a couople of paces to suggest. If you are looking for places that have good food and nice sized portions for a decent price, try lucky's or fanny's in cleveland. If you want to take a small trip go to silvestros depot in painesville.
