That is such an insightful valid point and I think its worth remembering as well that the only reason we are lesbians in the first instance is because we are too ugly to ever have men find us attractive and of course we all have short hair, wear dungarees and comfortable shoes.

I guess its because every time you see an ugly woman you assume she is a lesbian. In my cirle of friends I know of 3 lipstick lesbians and they are hot. I also have a lot of "straight" female friends that like to dabble with their own sex. People should try and be a bit more open minded and not pre judge others on looks alone.

you obviously have never met any real lesbians. looks vary among lesbians as they do with straight women...and gay/straight men. not all lesbians are ugly, and not all straight women are beautiful. that's really insulting and homophobic.

OK - people come in all shapes and sizes. Lesbians aren't a different species, they are people. Using today's standards, some would be considered drop-dead gorgious, some would be considered ugly. However, physical appearance is hardly a reliable measure of the value, worth, morality or humanity of an individual.
