I'd donate my car to charity and give my clothes away. I'd spend the last day with my family in my favorite place in the world doing all the things I love to do.
In the morning, I'd bake chocolate chip cookies with my kids and then we'd go for a hike in the state park and then have a picnic lunch at a playground and then go out for dinner to my favorite Italian restaurant and then go home to watch a DVD with my family and then read stories before bedtime.

I don't know what materialistic means.... so I don't know what I'd change....
But I'd probably spend the time with all my family and friends, and do all my favourite things.
