I am not an expert in Photoshop but have been working with it for quite some time. I think it is not possible in Photoshop.
The best would be to shoot a real life photograph of a sweating bottle or a coconut with a high resolution camera (say 5 megapixels or above).

there might be one in Ulead photo Express has a bottle sweat effect.

No it would not happen like that. I would be most flattered and could not resist a few "Chat up" lines to see how you react, besides i am quite a cool character. O.K. i do have the occasional p*ss but only a normal function in life itself.
