Men have easy sizes, S, M, L, XL, XXL, etc and waist and inseam sizes. Women have Juniors, Seniors, Missess, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, you hear them say O' I went from a 10 to a 6, what does that mean? Ladies do you realize how difficult it is for a man to buy you a gift of clothes?

I don't even like shopping for a woman and I am a woman. 10 to 6 means she probably lost 20 lbs. Women's clothes stink. I don't let my husband buy me clothes. Just give her the money. It's the perfect size and color.

If you want to buy clothes for a girl why don't you take her with you??? U might say that u want to surprise her... Well OK but think: If you go to a clothes' store once you will get an idea about the size of the clothes she is wearing and what kind of clothes she really likes.

Yes , we do, that is why we like it better when you go with us, tell us honestly if our butts look big in this or that. And then when we find what we like, tell us how pretty we are.
DON'T look in our closets for clothes sizes, we have what is called the "unholy Trinity" #1 clothes we are toof at to wear but hope to get into, #2 the clothes we wear now, #3 our fat clothes.
So don't find hope there. My huibby actually has established a relation ship with me where he can tell me if I look good in something or not. Really, it's not the gift, it's the companionship of shopping with us.
It's nice that you try though. :)
p.s. we have a hell of a time with clothes too...the sizing system sucks!

The numbers are equivalents for S M and L, so if you ask a consultant for an M she'll give you like 36 or 12 or whatever number clothe [different countries use different numbers for sizes], so do not worry about such things, ask your girl her size [S, M or L or XL], and let the consultant do the other job!

Us women have very different body shapes, so those sizes adjust to the unique shape of our bodies. So when we say we go from size 10 to size 6 it means we lost weight. and yes we no its difficult for u to buy us clothes, so dont, just give us a gift certificate to a clothing store!

Don't complicate ur self when buying a gift for a women...Get a her a purse that one of the women at the store can help u with like coach or something...for ...clothes...take her with you or get her a gift card...she'll still love u!!!

you seem really upset by this! its not that big a deal, some women are just pickier then others, i guess its difficult cause you guys never really know what we'll like, just to stay on the safe side, avoid buying clothes for a girl.

its very hard to understand sizes for women... its better if you buy accessories like jewlery, hand bags , perfume , shoes , a gift card

My boyfriend never buys me clothes: I prefere to buy clothes + underwear by myself or with other girls.
