I am working in this place...and I have just been made supervisor, and in 6 months I could get to be an assistent manager. I love my job, I like my colleagues.
Also this opportunity has appear.....a new place of work, very simmilar, yet not the same, with the one I am working in.....I could put a resume...and if selected (there are great chances for that) I would become an assistant manager in 2 months, and in one year...I could be a manager
If I choose the first one, I don't know how long it will take me to become a manager, but if I choose the other one, I don't know if I will like it just as much as I know I would like being a manager here
The salary....exactly the same.....What would you do?

Well this is indeed a tough choice. Both places offer you the opportunity of becoming a manager, though in the case of your current workplace this might take quite some time. However, some things are worth waiting for.
If I were you, I'd send my resume; there will probably be an interview and this will give you the opportunity to find out more about this potential workplace, about the atmosphere there. Having formed an idea about how things are there, it's easier to decide. Going for the second workplace might be a risky choice, but there are times in life when we have to be willing to take risks.
By the way, I've looked through some of your answers and I've seen some really great ones. :)

Go with your gut feeling. A good way to realize how you really feel about something is to flip a coin. Make heads one answer and tails the other, then flip it and see which one you get. If you get a certain answer and your heart immediately sinks or, alternatively, you get very excited, you will straight away know what to do. Also, as money is not a big factor in this decision, just try to decide on which job you will be happiest in. Perhaps talk to some employees at the other job and find out what it is like working there. Have you had an interview for this new job? If so, ask the supervisor a lot of questions, perhaps shadow this person for a little bit to get an idea of their job and see if you would like it. Good luck to you!

Whichever job has the possibility for long-term advancement, I would go with that.
Also, don't forget to look at the benefits, health care, pension, profit-sharing, stuff like that.
Good luck!

I think the value of having job you enjoy and colleagues you like far outweigh any possible advancements at another job.... also, if you are liked, your chance of salary increase (regardless of position increase) is greater at your current job.

I think you should stay. If you change jobs too often nobody will want you because you would be more of a risk.

Picture yourself leaving your current job. If it makes you feel queasy, then stay.
