Steve is 57 years young this year and I've loved his voice for a very long time. I've been doing so research on him to find out some of his background and biography. I can't find anything on him ever having a wife at all. I know he had a girlfriend around the time of "Oh Sherrie" in 1984, but that's all I can find. I don't even know how long that relationship was. I know he doesn't have kids, but has he ever had a wife? Someone please advise and let me know. I'm starting to get a little worried, to be honest.

A interview he gave on Feb 5 2005 says he's not married and I don't think ever was. Also he was with Sherrie for 6 years, I think.

I think he that he met the love of his life early on and he couldn't give her what she needed so they parted with broken hearts and he has been waiting for her ever since.

I went to imdb.com. It had some facts about what he is up to these days. But nothing about his personal life.
