my sister accidentally downloaded a spyware program. what program can i use to remove them. it really irritates me because it interferes with my internet surfing. and my computer constantly alerts me that i have a spyware in the system. Please help!

Get rid of the program that warns you first that you have spyware on your system. Most of it is a sales trick. Then install any of the good spyware removal tools. I personally like PC Tools' Spyware Doctor.
You can also have your computer checked online, but among those are a lot of these companies that sound the alarm virtually all the time that your computer is turned on.

Assuming you are using MS Windows OS, go to Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs, from currently installed program's list, select the application you want to remove and uninstall it.

You should get an antispyware program.
I recommend Microsoft Windows Defender at microsoft.com.
Be careful of fake antispyware programs.
Be sure you install firewall software too!

Download their updates as well and install them in their proper folders (Ad-awareSE anyways

download yahoo anti spyware scan it and remove it ... it will work ok ..
