First, physically disconnect your connection to the internet access by unplugging the phone or cable line from your computer.
Then, start up your pc in "safe mode" by tapping on the F8 key as you reboot the pc. Once in safe mode, use the control panel's "Add Or Remove Programs" utility to get rid of BOTH of the anti-virus programs. After that's done, reboot the pc again and re-connect your phone line or cable for access to the internet. At that point, go directly to ONE of the free anti-virus programs on the internet; either AVG free, or AVAST free. (Links to each are below). Download and install whichever ONE you pick. Then run the anti-virus program, and you should be all set from that point.

Uninstall one of the antivirus programs...try it in Safe Mode.
