It's difficult to say, because it depends on what the ultrasound is looking at. I'm guessing that you have had an abortion, and that someone is coming with you to an ultrasound appointment that doesn't know anything about it.
The scan could reveal to a sonographer that you have been pregnant. As to how that pregnancy ended, no the sonographer couldn't tell that from the scan, but then if you have had an abortion then it might have that in your notes.
If you want to keep your secret, then maybe call the department, and explain the situation. Or perhaps consider telling the person.
Wishing you luck.

No, but depending on at what stage in the pregnancy you had the abortion, it may be evident that you have been pregnant before. A nulliparous, or never-been-pregnant woman's uterus is very very small. So if your uterus had time to grow with the past pregnancy, it may be possible to see that your uterus has had something in there at some point.
However, there would be no way to distinguish that you'd had an abortion vs. a miscarriage.

I had a spontaneous abortion (the term for a miscarriage under 13 weeks) and the scan immediately after that showed nothing at all, so No, you will be fine.

No definitely not. They tend to look at the uterus and baby to make sure all is operating as it should (of course they will see if these are not functioning normally but they won't be able to tell if its due to an abortion).
If you have other problems they can move the scanner around to look at other insides but they tend not to do this unless you indicate abnormal pain levels etc.
Good luck - don't be concerned.

no. ultrasounds bounce soundwaves off of EXISTING internal objects... if there is no baby there than no you're not going to see anything.
