I talked to a Congressman and he is willing to write a letter to help an unqualified person join the Army. Where do I tell him (the Congressman) to send the letter?

Why would you want an unqualified person in the army? Maybe its better to have to Congressman shred the letter instead of sending it anywhere.

Why would a congressman be willing to help an UNQUALIFIED person get into the Armed Services? Makes no sense.

What is it that makes this person unqualified? If it is a major mental illness or criminal convictions, please don't encourage this person to join our military. His buddies won't be able to count on this person when their lives are at risk. If it is a minor difficulty then the Congressman's staff will know where to send the letter.

Ask your recruiter - Probably your local MEPS station is where the letter needs to go.
