In life, it is important to note that the in group scenario will usually follow the young people into adulthood and beyond. I was never in the group; the people who were in group were the spoiled brats that could care less about their fellow students. When they are adults, they will still care less.

At one point in time I dreamed about being in the in-group. I tried so hard, I made my parents buy me name brand clothes (and they didn't have the money too really) and I started acting different. Needless to say, I didn't fit in.
There are in and out groups everywhere you look. In our society, in schools, in churches, and there will always be. There is always going to be someone richer, smarter, and better looking then you are. The key is to just be yourself.
Children today worry too much about whether or not their clothes, accessories, or shoes are cool enough. This leads to depression, suicide, and poor grades. Uniforms in school may be a solution, but I don't think this problem will ever be eliminated.

okay, just to clear things up with all of you, i'm gonna give you a little definition of the word "popular." popular is when EVERYONE likes you!!!! in my school, nobody except for people in the in-group likes the in-group. nobody!!! i could say that i'm popular because i'm popular with my own friends and as far as i'm concerned, no one has anything personal against me, so maybe i'm part of the in-group. the nerdiest girl or guy in school could be the most popular because no one hates them which means everyone pretty much likes them. i don't think there is such a thing as an in-group because i have my group, and all those material girls have theirs so alls good.

i agree, its pretty stupid. I am in this 'in group' but i do whatever i want and it just so happens that i'm in it. But i do know a lot of girls who act and appear dumber than they are in order to get into the group. Although i'm a traitor for being in the group, i never date any of these girls because the so called 'out' girls are definitly more fun and more interesting

Well no one wants to be alone thats why they do what everybody "in the group"does for them not to be different or outcast. Thers nothing wrong with being in the "out group" it's just that we're all unique we have our own likes and dislikes that's why we choose where we are compatible with same as the saying "same flocks join together"

It sounds to me that you've had many undesirable reviews with team artwork. regrettably, you're precise once you stated that some human beings artwork and others sit there and do not something. those anybody is those that desire the most help contained in the team to ascertain that them to get their crap mutually. maximum do not get the hint even with the undeniable fact that! not too many advise that this is their way or not something. Sounds to me like it is your team individuals that suck and also you extremely dont hate the artwork, this is them that you hate for doing this to you! locate different human beings to artwork with or %. out those that you realize will artwork properly with you and leave something else behind. As a instructor, i am going to allow you to realize that your instructor will placed a slouch contained in the team on objective to cause them to artwork. in the journey that they don't do their artwork then tell the instructor (because of this that individual became placed along with your team to commence with!). As a scholar, I had an journey even as i became winding up my Masters degree. this isn't constrained to severe college, get this... a guy became in all and dissimilar of my practise and he knew I cherished to do team artwork and that i did a good interest so he continuously got here to my communities. He desirous to diminish classification numerous situations and later requested us for notes, etc. . finally, we stuck on and desirous to come again at him. We advised the instructor he did not something for the most suitable project and he failed the classification! do not blame your self, some anybody is purely idiots! (playstation a similar guy got here to me the day formerly my commencement and requested me to grant me a replica of my dissertation so he can graduate! I advised him that I worked my butt off and that this wasnt severe college. He could earn his degree himself, except he needed at hand me his degree in my view. No answer, and that i walked away)

I know!!It drives me insane. Im South African, so when I watch a movie like "Mean girls" it makes me think that Americans are so superficial, when in fact its not Americans, its the spineless twats that call themselves "Popular". I would blame the media, but its not that. Everyone has their one mind and can decide for themselves. If they want to be popular, that ok, but dont bring normal unpopular people down to make yourself look good to your stupid friends. It makes me sick. Really.

a group of kids that don't relize it but they try to make each other just like themselfs so that they can feel ok with themselfs. When you get in the real world all of that fades away and you get to see how stupid it was.

They're lemmings. They want to all look alike, have the same hairstyle, wear the same name clothes and act superior to everyone else when in fact, they lack personal identity, any sense of individuality... or a clue.
