Yes the hymen can break without having sex, and if you've ridden a bike, or anything like that then you could have already broken yours.
But when I had sex for the first time (just before my 17th Birthday), I didn't know anything about hymens. We loved and fancied each other and that's all that mattered.
Yes, it hurt a bit the first time, but my boyfriend at the time and I had done lots of other things before we had sex. We didn't just get undressed and have sex.
When you find the right person, spend time together getting to know each others bodies, and there's nothing wrong in perhaps getting to know your own body a little, in private.
Even if your hymen is intact it still might hurt a little, and I'm afraid that sex is generally a little bit messy. But it's not a horrible messy. You'll be just fine.
Wishing you lots of luck hon (((hugs)))

Not sure about tampons, but I don't think so. A lot of girls have theirs broken by the time they do go to have sex though, if you cycled a lot as a child or went horse riding it is more than likely gone. At the same time though, sex for the first time is always going to be uncomfortable at first, just make sure it's with someone you trust very very much and don't rush it, it's way nicer and easier if you get him to take it easy for the first little while until you feel that uncomfortable feeling go away.

You can't break it, but u can make it a bit torn up by using tampons. I don't advice u using dildos...why would u? that way u could have a man, if u really want to lose ur virginity completely. It's not messy and the pain won't kill you. It's a bearable pain.

You can dildos from a sex toy shop or online, but why bother? If that's what you want to use as a "tool" for deflowering yourself, use a cucumber or some other veggie, properly lubed, or a candle carved to a suitably rounded end.
BTW, it is possible to break a hymen without even knowing it, so first make sure yours isn't already broken-you might be worrying about nothing!

Tampons do not break the hymen. I have only heard of sex and accidents that cause the hymen to break. The first time was painful but no means messy until later. Maybe you should reconsider it should be with someone you are in love with that will be gentle and meet your needs.

Unless your hymen is exceptionally tight (pretty rare these days because of how physically active women are) the likelihood of extreme discomfort with 1st-time sex will be minimal.
If you've ever fallen on your butt (like roller or ice skating), fallen out of a tree or off a bike, gone mountain biking over rough terrain, or done just about any other thing that might traumatize the lower pelvic region, chances are your hymen isn't going to be as tight as it might otherwise be.
Just remember, your 1st-time partner should be aware of our status, and as such he should try to take extra time to excite you and be gentle when first entering, allowing you time to adjust physically. You might also try a little extra lube (like KY Jelly) to help ease entry.

Use to be girls were very proud to have their hymen until their wedding night. In a lot of countries if there is no bleeding that first time the marriage can be annulled. I would not worry about it or even fool with it. As its such a small thing that first time and not all that pain full. If it is the guy you are going to marry or married to he will be proud to know he is the first one there.

Who knows? You might meet and fall in love with a very old fashioned traditional man, and when you tell him you are a virgin, and then he finds out you have a broken hymen, he might not beleive you and that will be the end of that.....why worry about it? Just be natural and when the time comes, tell him to be gentle....my God people worry about the strangest things...

yes you can. using a tampon, riding a bike or a motorcycle or a horse...or doing to much strenuous exercise, like gymnastics. anyway, the first time will be uncomfortable and slightly painful no matter what you do, i guess.

Using tampon will break the hymen, but everyones body is different when its the first time. I never had any bleeding my first time, alothough it kinda hurt at first, that goes away.
