The question assumes all honesty among 'new generation' and no honesty among the 'old'. Neither is true. Politics unfortunately has been tainted as a dishonest profession the same way trial lawyers are, but there are several exceptions to the rule. Unfortunately, there is no school to train honest politicians and therefore to expect a generational change to bring incorrupt political leaders to take charge will never happen. It is true for generations across every part of the world.
What is required is to create a society that will breed better value codes for persons in the public offices or politicians in general. That is a lot of change in the thinking process and application of moral values. That will take a long time to evolve in a country like India, and there will be several surprise bad apples, but one can hope for a change going through the process. Haven’t you heard of the old adage ‘you only get what you deserve’ ?

You need to expand your horizon a bit to answer this.
The solution is definitely not simple.
Its a global one. And the problem has been around for more than a couple of millenia.
You can make a start by googling a few term that i suggest:
1) 911 truth.
2) The Protocols of Zion.
google them, read them .
Then if you are interested in the true nature of the British Raj, and about your own british influneced history, i suggest you check the source i mention below.

No. Even if you opt for new leaders, the basic system remains the same. In this situation even the young blood does not take long to get contaminated. So, try to change the system. Put pressure on politicians to adopt more transparent administrative measures, reduce red tapism. (You know whats happening with right to information bill. within a year the government is making changes in the very basic level.)

The system has become evil, the whole bit with lobbyists and how campaigns are financed. They need to do something about the cost of campaigns, like banning TV and radio ads would cut the cost so candidates wouldn't be dependent on donations so much. Either that or require a certain amount of free time from broadcasters, with a ban on getting any more. And no cute stuff like different committees buying their own time, either.

They should retired as all regular company employee age of 60 or 65. Why they coming in age of 45 in politics it there mistake. Like Indian HRD minister Arjun Singh those who can not walk they need support to walk two assistance people. They need go bed with permanent. What they right play with citizen and student Cast Religion. Why they bother all this matter. If Indian people got power to elect them Indian people should power pull out before completing there five year in politics. Jai Hind & Vande Mataram.

In the present scenario the old blood infuses its own generation into the politics, and hence there is no much change. the youth of this country should not play a passive role if they want and wish good for the Nation they belong to.

Yes. i feel there should be a retiring age for the politicians as well. some of the people have done a very good job in getting our country to the place where it stands now and i feel it is time for them to step down and let others do some "real" work for the country

yes. most politicians are there for the $$ and/or power. the state of the country is secondary. and in order to get the $$ and power they get into bed with whoever has the most to pack them so in fact the politicians are not running the country it's the people that back them. Bush is a prime example.

Good idea, but honestly they may start out with good intentions, but in the end for some reason or other I think they all end up corrupt. Power, greed, and good old $$$$
