Yes, I do around that time as well, I go for a walk around my office building, or sometimes I go find an empty stall and masterbate. It leaves me feeling refreshed and energized thinking I just did that. I call it my afternoon delight. It gets me through the last cpl of hours at least.
You just have to find something that works for you. Good Luck

Me and my colleagues frequently suffer an afternoon slump at 4 p.m. (although today I appear to be having my slump a little earlier than usual) Think the problem for us is that we're drinking lattes and eating chocolate ALL day, and then when the sugar rush wears off we feel incredibly sleepy and encounter a slump

I am now retired and aged 65. I swore I would never sleep in an armchair like I had seen older relatives. However, since I do sleep for an hour in the afternoon, I feel wonderful. I feel refreshed and ready for the remainder of the day. It does not effect my nights sleep - in fact, it seems to improve it...........

unfortunately, its normal.the circadian rhythm causes the body to get tired by mid-afternoon,its a natural process that must once have served an evolutionary purpose.other cultures responded to this natural human rhythmn by incorporating the siesta into their daily routine.its starting to happen here, slowly.there are corporations in manhatten that have 20 minute nap rooms, they realise this increases productivity,as workers come back refreshed and alert.sorry to say, untill this notion spreads, coffee is ur only recourse,or maybe sleeping in ur car @ lunch break-i swear by that one !!!!!!
