you can ask for a third party to be responsible... do you have a friend where you could leave your children and have their dad pick them up from there... no court will force you to go in person.. actually he should be in jail... if you ask me...
good luck.. and keep your chin high.. he's a jerk... and you deserve better...

before each little thing, some advice about the grandmother. i'd imagine you'll get her for slander. you've evidence, or must have, of the lies that she's been telling dhs. to respond to your first question, i trust they're meant to deliver someone from dhs out of the jurisdiction the position you stay yet they'd be in a position to deliver someone from the position they're if the criticism became filed contained in the grandmother's jurisdiction. i understand there are diverse recommendations on how they function. the great element i am going to allow you to realize is to the contact someone from dhs, both jurisdiction, and ask, or perhaps ask a criminal professional who grants loose consultations. i'm not particular what your 2d question is, sorry. wish this helps.

If he takes you to court he'll lose. You are still suffering from the rape. Get support from Rape Crisis, you'll find them on Google or in the phone book.
I don't know why you are so keen for your children to see this man. Thats your business not mine, but he is violent and abusive towards you.
If you are Council or Housing Association, tell your landlord. They have to help you move house to stay safe. Good luck.

You should be able to let someone else take them to the contact centre. I don't see why it has to be you, it's the kids he's to see after all. Find out from your solicitor.
Good luck, it must be horrible for you to have pig like that in your life.

getting raped is hard thing to deal with .. i wouldnt want to see him either. i would go to court i know you want your kid to see the father and everything i wouldnt how do you know if he could hurt your kid he hurt you. you can make it so he only can have supervised visits with them. but anyway you dont have to bring them you can have a friend or even one of your parants or a brother or sister
