well- perhaps I should never say never-
but there is no known technology that is being worked on or that is known about that even, currently, has a chance to do this kind of transformation of matter.
So- if it someday would be possible- it's a long long way off.
but- I could just as easily say never. certainly not something living. We just don't have that level of control over matter.

Science as shown by Hollywood is usually fraught with inaccuracies and gross misrepresentations. How can anyone find credibility with someone who doesn't even understand English. The correct title should read; "Honey I have Shrunk the Kids" or "Honey I Shrank the Kids". The best thing about Science is that the facts are usually more exciting than anything Hollywood can come up with. A notable exception to this simplification is Star Trek, which did a fair job of portraying science.

Absolutely not,
Because just a laser or any type of light cannot change the physical properties.
First of all, we will have to change the mass, then blood and many other parts of our body. And also, the brain will not work in such a small size.
And there is no such law in physics which tells us that the properties of a object can be changed. Matter, as you know can't be destroyed or created. As we get small, there is loss of matter which does not apply to this law.

Fictions can never turn to reality. But at times Fictions inspire scientists to work on a particular project.

No, the human body is a supra molecular structure and you need all of those molecules working together to function and seeing as shrinking an atom is impossible and you cant reduce the number of atoms in the body it will never happen.

No, they would still have the same density. Meaning you would have a person who is 1 or 2 inches tall yet their weight would still be the same. Example 6 foot tall 190 lbs. 2inches 190lbs. Hard to move around that way.

it is the well known copy of indian yoga science and eight kinds of sidhis, one of them being anima, becoming smaller than the general size , kindly note that it is not 'real size' but available in general in the world.
dissipating the body into atoms and rearranging them in desired manner. possible by veteran yogis and not by the present science.

Possible, but I don't see the purpose of actually shrinking humans, risking their lives.
