I'm looking to change industries into a company where I can work towards my real estate appraisers license. I don't know many commercial real estate firms...anyone know of any in the NYC area?

Depends what you want to do... commerical real estate includes property management, sales, lending, transactions, consulting, development and research
If you are interested in appraising commerical real estate, most appraisal firms are localized, very few operate nationally.

No real offense, but I respond to this type of Q often, and usually in the same way.
You obviously have access to the WWW,,,Why don't YOU, and hundreds of others first go to your browser using specific keywords, to search???????? IE: Commercial Real Estate Firms,,,etc etc etc.
