Our family has Cingular...and we are pretty happy with it. My husband works for the parent company....AT & T......so its kinda a given we would have it.

I do. Love it. Great coverage. I even had coverage in the outskirts of Alaska!
The phone upgrade terms suck though, you should not have to renew a contract to get a phone at a discounted price.

I have it and like their service except for when I'm trying to add a line or upgrade... Then its a total nightmare and I can spend literally hours being passed from person to person to department to department and they still can't get things right...
