You are VERY thirsty. You NEED water.
You have only two choices:
A brand new, clean glass filled with water that is totally harmless but which contains an agent to give it an unpleasant bitter taste, or
Pure, clean water served in a prefectly clean and sterilized glass, but which you know previously contained fecal samples.
No, I didn't make this up. I actually read about this somewhere.
One drink would creep out your taste buds. The other would creep out your mind.
Which do you choose, and why?

The brand new glass with the agent in it. Only on the premise that ALL the agent does is give it a bitter taste and not anything else. The reason behind that is, my taste buds would go crazy eitherway, with the latter of the samples, my mind would play-UP the fecal glass SO much that I'd would probably throw up the second one...My total choice? I prefer Aquafina :)

The one that contained fecal samples because at least it had been sterilized. I hate water enough already to drink it with an unpleasant , bitter taste

GREAT question. I would drink the bitter tasting water. I can't imagine drinking from or eating from any surface that once contained fecal samples. It is totally from a psychological perspective.

The fecal sample glass because it's clean and sterilized. Even if it did have crap in it, it's clean now. You take a chance like that almost every time you go to a restaurant and eat.

the second glass. it is clean right? so why not. Just think of what you eat at fast food restaurants and other restaurants! now will you still eat at them? of course you will. I've worked at both and beleive me a washed glass that used to have fecal matter in it is MUCH cleaner!

well if you are really thirsty it does not matter what the taste of the water is or were its been its the idea to survive its like if some one pulls a plastic bag over your head you will not think clearly to just make a hole by the mouth area you'll just try to survive so you will just drink any class of water to survive

pure clean sterilized fecal sample glass because i would know it was sterilized and if my mind started creeping out i would just imagine the fecal matter to be large chocolate ice cubes yum yum lol
