Are you talking about Manpower, the staffing company?

Unless you are applying for the Professional side (Manpower Professional works with computer programmers, engineers, accountants - those jobs that typically require a college education) I wouldn't bother, they aren't read all that often.

It would be better to go in and talk to them in person. They are only going to ask you to come in and fill out another application in the office.
