Nope, just did it this morning. It's hard but just try to remember that you're feeling a little irrational. My husband is especially understanding, which usually gets him into trouble anyway. He's learned he can't win so he doesn't try, not when I'm PMSing. You know? Also, if you are questioning yourself, then its probably PMS and not just crankiness.

Really, it is just a bad mood most likely. You feel snappish- it is most likely not PMS. According to my old medical psychology book, only 10% of women experience PMS. But because it is so talked about many women tend to blame a bad mood on it even if they dont' necessarily mean to. Unless your doctor diagnoses it- you probably don't have it and you just think that your "PMS" is a contributing factor. Just relax, tell him he is annoying you, and take a break. And you probably would be mad even if you weren't cranky. By the way (and this might be a personal thing)- I used to believe I had PMS before I read that and since then I haven't been feeling as cranky. Syndromes aren't normal things, the majority of women by far should not have it. It's just a subconscious excuse to be pissed off.

No its not only you, every normal woman goes through her good days of the month and a specific amount of bad days a month. What I would suggest might seem extreme but if you really want to know, take the time and do it. While you are dealing with our monthly friend write down everything your boyfriend does to piss you off...i mean everything. When the PMSing thing goes away....write down things that he does to piss you off...Do that for a month....The following month go back and weigh the two. Paper dont lie, you'll see the difference, whether or not its just him or PMS. If its him, chuck him!!!

You are PMS ing big time. My wife has it bad. We love each other very much but when that time come each and every month she can get ticked off at everything.

My children even come running out of the house when I get home to warn me that Mom is PMS ing. I walk in the house and bam I get hit with everything that has upset her for the year. I listen and keep my mouth shut. I give her a hug tell her I love her and go in my corner and wait till the cost is clear.

Our children run to other houses to visit friends.

Next day Wife is all loving and saying sorry for some of the things that happened.

It happens 12 times a year. I know it and I accept it. I have lived with it for 22 years of a great marriage.

Oh by the way. Our children. All girls. They are like there mother and they are not all on the same cycle.

It is hard to tell sometimes. I think sometimes they need to learn to back off a little when we have PMS and not push buttons.

But sometimes whether we have PMS or not has absolutely nothing to do with them making us mad, sometimes they are just being jerks!

Poor man and poor us, it is a pain for both of us sometimes.

the great revenge is to stay properly. In different words flow on about your existence in a way that shows him you're extra constructive off with out him and with out degrading your self through attempting to piss him off. he's your ex, leave it contained in the previous.

Been there, done that, *big sigh*. If it's you, you'll be okay in a couple of days, however, by then he'll be so fed up of you snapping his head off that he'll be sulking and snapping your head off in revenge, then in a couple more days, you'll both come to your senses and be nice to one another again - but then back comes PMS, wonderful, ain't it?!

You have to pick your battles. Think before you react. If it isn't worth the time or effort, let it go.
