go directly to the aol website and it will give you a number under the contact us number

Check the phone book.
Otherwise I would switch to AT'T SBC Yahoo, you talk with a living person there. Not to mention PC world gave AOL as being one of the top 10 worst inventions.
And if you need to have a dial up connection SBC does offer one.

Either look on their website or look on the free Cd's that you get in the mail or at wal-mart.
