you just need to relax, maybe in a warm (not hot) bath, but i also think that you shouldnt be throwing yourself around like that if your pregnant- steady exercise is good but take it easy !

All you can have is Tylenol.....I'm of the opinion that for the little good tylenol does for anything, you might as well not expose the baby to the chemicals....if you're hurting bad it won't do much anyway, if it helps it, you weren't hurting that bad anyway!

Try a warm (not too hot bath), a nice massage.

My belief is that I don't take any pain meds when I pregnant....I passed a kidney stone unmedicated when I was nursing because I didn't want to pass drugs to my child...of course, I would have appreciated a nurse coming in and suggesting pump and dump BEFORE it was over....I didn't know about that!!!!!

If you're playing to the point that you are getting sore, you need to cut back. I don't know how far along you are, but landing hard on your stomach may not be a good thing....but then again, I'm scared of everything!

Good luck.

PLain old over the counter tylenol is probably your best bet. I took it with both of mine and had no problems, however, its best to give your Docs office a call and just ask the nurse any time you need to take medication during pregnancy (better safe than sorry!)

Without talking to Dr, the only pain medicine you should take while pregnant is Tylenol.

If the pain is severe and you don't think Tylenol is cutting it than you can speak with your Dr and he/she may be able to recommend something else.

You need to be very careful playing any sports like that. Do NOT over do it. As for pain medications..non-asprin (tylenol).. Good luck!

You need to be very careful playing sports...you can't overdo it or overheat your body. Its not good for baby. The only medication that you can take is tylenol

You can take tylenol. No asprin or ibuprofen as those medications thin your blood. I was also told by a doctor that you shouldn't take gravol also. So, regular strenght, or extra strenght tylenol(acedamiaphin)

Tylenol throughout pregnancy - and Motrin (ibuprofen) the first 2 trimesters (do not take in 3rd trimester).
