Too boring! If you're willing to go through that, do yourself a favor, read The South Beach Diet ( read the WHOLE thing) and do phase 1( don't cheat-except for fat-free cheese! Ugh! I ate the regular))for 2 weeks. You get to eat real food, it's healthy(it's not low carb- it's HEALTHY carb) and you'll get better results. Tip: Get the sugar-free jello and fudgesicles-You'll be glad you did.

I week is bad enough.
Crash diets only work in the short term, the weight will come right back in a couple of months.

I'm on my 3rd day of this diet, and I'm gonna try it for a month straight! I talked with a person who told me they lost over 50lbs in a month, doing the diet without stopping! Here's a messageboard I came across today, with people talking about it http://www.cabbage-soup-diet.com/ubb/Forum4/HTML/000298.html Good luck!!

It actually works pretty could . But you have to like cabbage and veggies because that is what it mostly is. And you may want to be in open airy spaces too....................
